Aunties Creations LLC will create, host, and manage an online merch shop for the business, organization, group, or team named in this form ("Partner"). Aunties Creations will handle product listings, customer payments, production, fulfillment, and customer service.
Partner will provide logos and artwork it is authorized to use and will approve the products and designs before the shop launches. Partner gives Aunties Creations permission to use those approved materials for the shop, its products, and related promotion.
Customers purchase products directly from Aunties Creations. Aunties Creations sets the retail prices and receives the sales revenue. This is a standard merch shop, and no sales proceeds, commissions, or other payouts are owed to Partner.
Either party may request that the shop close by providing written notice. Orders placed before the shop closes will still be completed.
By checking the box and signing below, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on Partner's behalf.
